Objectives
  • To raise the widest possible awareness of the value of trees and their conservation needs through promotion and education
  • To ensure that scientific information on the conservation of tree species is readily available and regularly updated
  • To ensure that international policy fully supports the conservation of tree species
  • To support tree conservation initiatives in areas where most trees are at risk of extinction
  • To save the world's most endangered tree species through urgent action
